Strengthening industry collaboration, advancing circular-economy innovations

In a bid to foster collaboration and innovation within the industrial sector, SPI recently hosted the second PIEMO-IA (PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate – Misamis Oriental Industry Association) general membership meeting. The event, held at the Mindanao Power Plant, was participated by more than thirty officers and members of the organization.

Part of the activity, was the unveiling of creative innovations in upcycled products, presented by SPI’s Project Partners, Capilli Trading Inc. and the LGU Villanueva on its Firebrick-making Project, showcasing the potential for sustainable solutions within the industry.

This collaborative effort underscores SPI’s commitment to environmental preservation and protection, extending support to members of the PIEMO Industries Association. By promoting initiatives like these, SPI aims to not only drive sustainability but also foster a culture of innovation within the industrial community.

The meeting served as a platform for forging stronger partnerships and closer collaboration among industry players. SPI expressed enthusiasm about the prospects for productive engagement, exciting initiatives, and groundbreaking innovations that will propel the industrial sector to greater heights of success.
