SPI Showcases Sericulture Project at 6th Silk Summit

SPI Power Incorporated (SPI), together with partners from LGU-Villanueva and VK General Services-MPC, joined the 6th Silk Summit organized by DOST-PTRI at the Centro de Turismo in Intramuros, Manila.

During the event, SPI shared updates on its Sericulture Project in Villanueva—an initiative supported by DOST-PTRI-Villanueva that aims to promote local silk production and community livelihood.

Though still in its early stages, the project embodies strong collaboration among partners and holds great promise for innovation and sustainable enterprise.

The Sericulture Project reflects SPI’s continuing commitment to uplift lives through its Livelihood and Economic Enterprise Development (LEED) Program—turning threads of possibility into a fabric of progress for Villanueva.
