SPI conferred the Best in CSR Award

PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority (PIA) conferred a special award to SPI in recognition of the company’s valuable contribution to community development through its various CSR programs. The award was presented during the 48th founding anniversary celebration of PIA held recently at the PIA auditorium. SPI COMREL Manager Jerome Soldevilla received the award presented by PIA Administrator Retired Major General Jesus Manangquil Jr. together with the PIA board.

For almost two decades now, SPI has kept its commitment to responsibility and sustained through the years a vibrant and strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that touched the lives of more than  86 thousand beneficiaries through its various projects on education, water, sanitation, and health, livelihood and income improvement, environmental conservation, and a rural electrification project that lighted up so far, more than 3,300 households in Region 10.
