SPI, in collaboration with the LGUs of Villanueva and Tagoloan, recently conducted a Nutrition and Responsible Parenthood Seminar for 100 mothers. This annual seminar, held during Nutrition Month for the past 8 years, has benefited around 800 mothers by emphasizing the importance of nutrition in the first 1,000 days of a child’s life. Topics included parental responsibilities, children’s rights, and family planning. Participants pledged to support the government’s efforts in raising healthy, well-rounded children. SPI thanks the LGUs, MHOs, MNAOs, and MSWDOs for their continued support in this initiative.
