Officials from Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation led by its President Dennis Edward Dela Serna recently visited SPI’s Mindanao Power Plant to witness firsthand the facility’s operational efficiency and its commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
Mr. Dela Serna was warmly received by SPI President and CEO Ronaldo Ramos, Aboitiz Power Vice President for External Relations Ramon Marcos Pernia Jr., SPI Chief Operating Officer and Power Plant Manager Dr. Carsten Evers, Regional Technical Director John Dean, and Chief Commercial Officer Ruben AIcala Jr.
During the plant tour, Mr. Dela Serna commended SPI for its outstanding operational performance, emphasizing the company’s remarkable achievement of maintaining a well-managed and efficiently operating power plant for nearly two decades — a testament to its steadfast commitment to operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and high standards of workplace organization and maintenance.
