MAQ benchmarking activity

Members of the Mindanao Association for Quality (MAQ) Inc. conducted a benchmarking activity on SPI’s current best practices on total quality management, quality assurance, environmental and safety programs, human resource, purchasing, warehousing, and inventory, customer care, and social responsibility.

MAQ is a non-stock non-profit organization that is committed toward continuous improvement and is composed of companies from various industries who share the same endeavor and regard for quality and excellence. The organization is the local chapter of Quality and Productivity Association of the Philippines (QPAP) in Northern Mindanao since 1984.

MAQ President MS. Concordia A. Roa thanked SPI for allowing the group to learn from the company’s current best practices.
