Lifesaving Blood Donation Drive

SPI, together with the Regional Health Unit of Villanueva and the Department of Health-Northern Mindanao Medical Center, organized recently a blood donation drive held at the Mindanao Power Plant Pristine Hall. Participated by SPI employees, contractors, and Villanueva community members, the event underscored the importance of supporting local health resources through blood donation.

The activity draw 55 blood donors in total—47 from SPI employees and contractors, and 8 from the local community. Healthcare professionals facilitated the drive, ensuring a safe, informative, and welcoming experience for all donors.

This collaborative effort highlighted the shared commitment of SPI and Villanueva residents to community health and well-being. It strengthened SPI’s partnership with the local community, showcasing the collaboration and teamwork in addressing public health needs.
