From Purpose to Impact: Elevating Customer Experience Beyond Satisfaction

SPI employees and outsourced personnel from the Plant Administration Department recently participated in the Customer Service Excellence Seminar Workshop held in the IEC Hall of the Power Plant. The activity aims to equip participants with essential skills to effectively manage customer expectations, thus enhancing service delivery experiences to ensure customer satisfaction.

Facilitated by SPI COMREL Manager Jerome Soldevilla, the seminar covers essential aspects of managing customer expectations to guarantee a smooth and satisfying customer experience. The overarching goal was to foster positive relationships with customers, strengthen brand loyalty, and ultimately drive business success.

The activity also aims to to nurture SPI’s a culture of excellence in customer service, and establish a brand renowned for its exceptional customer care.
