Developing an effective leader’s mindset

SPI continues to hone the leadership skills of its managers and supervisors through a two-day signature learning session on Franklin Covey’s Six Critical Practices for Leading a Team.

Amid today’s realities when the leaders’ role is becoming more challenging, the training provided the participants with useful and practical strategies, tips and approaches in inspiring and driving teams to reach a much higher level of productivity and engagement.

Conducted in two batches last July 2-3 and July 9-10, the training was organized by the HR Department and facilitated by the Center for Leadership and Change Inc. (CLCI).
