Building Smarter and Safer Digital Careers

SPI, together with the Aboitiz Foundation, Inc., Union Bank of the Philippines, and the local government units of Villanueva and Tagoloan, recently conducted a learning session to equip graduates of the Elevate AIDA Program further as they begin their journey as digital workers.

The session focused on two critical areas: Financial Literacy and Cybersecurity—skills essential to confidently and safely navigating the digital workspace while managing their income and online presence.

Led by expert resource speakers from Union Bank, the training offered practical insights on personal financial management, secure digital transactions, responsible online banking, and protection against cyber threats in today’s interconnected world.

This initiative reflects the shared commitment of all partners to ensure that the digitally empowered women of Villanueva and Tagoloan are not only skilled in AI and data annotation but are also financially literate and cyber-aware, fully prepared to thrive in the remote digital economy.
