Sharing Valuable Insights on SPI’s Occupational Health and Wellness Program

Nursing students from Lourdes College recently immersed themselves in a hands-on learning experience during an educational visit to the SPI Power Plant. The visit provided them with firsthand exposure to workplace health and safety practices.

Throughout the program, the students engaged in in-depth discussions highlighting the critical role of occupational health, workplace safety protocols, and preventive healthcare measures.

By witnessing SPI’s best practices in action, the students developed a deeper appreciation for health and safety standards in industrial settings. The initiative underscores the importance of integrating health awareness into various industries, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications.
