SPI recently conducted a one-day training session on Effective Workplace Incident Investigation, aimed at enhancing workplace safety and incident management. The session was facilitated by REHSS Manager Neil Quijano, and Safety Officer Levi Tampus.
The training focused on equipping participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to investigate workplace accidents and incidents effectively. Through hands-on activities and discussions, participants learned how to identify root causes, gather evidence, and develop preventive strategies to ensure a safer work environment.
