New cadet engineers

STEAG State Power Inc. welcomes the thirteen cadet engineers who recently hurdled the rigorous screening process and were finally admitted to this year’s 10th batch of its Cadet Engineers’ Training (CET) Program. They will undergo a one-year training for two modules in power plant operations and maintenance.

Since its launch in 2010, the CET program has already trained 138 engineers in mechanical, electrical, and electronics communications disciplines. SPI’s CET program is one of the company’s contributions to developing the country’s human capital and supporting the human resources pool of competent, highly-trained, and world-class power plant engineers.
